We’ll explore practical ways to help kids adjust to the transition from the school year into summer while still maintaining healthy routines, clear boundaries, and a sense of balance at home. We’ll also talk about strengthening family connection, building positive relational skills, and navigating the ups and downs that can come with everyone suddenly spending a lot more time together.

We’ll also touch on the growing role of technology, AI, and social media in kids’ lives — including how parents can create healthy boundaries, encourage safer online habits, and stay connected with their children in a rapidly changing digital world.
