Together, let’s breathe, connect, and build a supportive path forward.

Landmark Counselling is grounded in meaning and authentic connection. Truly, these core therapeutic values are what has drawn me to be part of this dynamic team where, in every way, the approach is supportive, safe, respectful, and empathic.

I completed my Bachelor of Education, focusing on my first two "learning loves”: French and Music. Once gaining experience in my teaching career, I knew it was time to continue my advancement and move forward in pursuing further vocational goals that have always been a part of my heart for helping others; that is, becoming a school counsellor for children and families. I obtained my Masters in Counselling Psychology at MUN and, for almost a decade, have been afforded the privilege to journey with children, youth, and their families as they navigate struggling academics, attentional concerns, behaviour management, anxious thoughts, and social-emotional regulation – while doing so through a trauma-informed lens.

Every year, I dedicate time to professional learning in areas I feel are integral to helping contribute to the holistic wellbeing and understanding of those I work with. Some of these training have focused on: school refusal, attention deficits, anxiety, grief sensitivity and trauma & mind-body health. I look forward to continuing my education with relevant, evidence-based, that aids in skill growth and development.

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), I take pride in offering a nonjudgmental space rooted in genuine empathy and active listening that allows us to work together to process the deep emotions and life experiences that bring you here with me. Through blending mindfulness with a solution-focused approach, our aim will be to ground in the present while strengthening resiliency over time.

Together, let’s breathe, connect, and build a supportive path forward.
