Introducing Landmark Learning Sessions

Free Monthly Community Workshops to Promote Mental Wellness

There are so many things that can contribute to our feeling of mental health. Most of what keeps us centred and grounded is not showing up in a therapist’s office – although that can be really important too. On a daily basis, though, it’s a series of good choices, smart practices, and incremental growth is what really matters for a strong sense of wellness and contentment.

Mindfulness practices can keep you grounded and keep anxiety at bay.

Implementing solid communication skills helps improve connection in your significant relationships at home, at work, with kids, and with friends.

Knowing what it is you’re feeling can help you to identify your needs and to communicate more effectively with the people that care about you.

Even things like creating warm welcoming spaces or your own little sanctuary at home can help when you need to be by yourself.

All of these things help keep your emotional health strong!

And that’s why we’re happy to announce the Landmark Learning Sessions.

We wanted to create an opportunity for people to learn new ways to foster a healthy emotional life while also creating a sense of community here in our local area. So, we are creating Landmark Learning Sessions to be a monthly workshop environment where you’ll be able to hear from our therapists and other community members about practices you can put in place keep your emotional fitness high.

We’ll be hosting these events monthly at our office in Bay Roberts. And best of all, Landmark Learning Sessions will be free - but space will be limited so we’ll announce more about how to RSVP to hold your spot as we share more about the details of these sessions in the coming days.

We’re looking forward to sharing these events with you and we can’t wait to get started. Our first event will be in February and we’ll be sharing details about that on our Facebook Page and website very soon!
